Almost Veganism Day 1 - Sunday
Today was a lazy Sunday morning that started with tea and Coconut milk and an almond milk smoothie.
Lunch was simple, 2 eggs (I know not Vegan, but Vegetarian) and Kale, Broccoli, Carrot salad with our homemade dressing (Recipe in my post about my weekly menu). I did make the eggs with Melt which is vegan butter.

Dinner was leftover Burritos from yesterday but I added Guacamole instead of cheese. And actually Guacamole is so much more flavourful than cheese so I enjoyed it a lot.
Throughout the day for snacks I had 2 Ryvita crackers with 1tbsp of Hummus and I had an apple and 1 Vegan brownie which was delicious (here's the recipe)!
I was busy cooking for the week all afternoon which I'll tell you about in my next post. Overall I had 85g of protein which surprised me! I had 69g of fat (all healthy fat) and 156g of carbs for a total of 1527 calories. I'm happy with that ratio as I'm also trying to lose weight and eat sugar free!
