So I watched this documentary...

It's so cliché but it's true. I watched two documentaries about eating a plant-based diet and I actually considered making changes to my diet. I have been making a lot of changes to the way I eat over the last year, including cutting out sugar here and there and I had decided as a way to get back on the "band-wagon" I'd cut out sugar again and try and eat as healthy as possible. So after watching these documentaries I thought "I'd be willing to cut down on the amount of meat and dairy I eat". Then Steven said "why don't we do a plant-based week"? I said sure!
We planned out our week and looked up recipes on Pinterest. We decided on having our burritos, made with meatless ground beef, pasta, and Shepherd's Pie with meatless ground beef. On Sunday I cooked everything for the week, so now I don't have much to do during the week! I will make a post every day for our dinner that day and on how it's going. We didn't do anything too different from what we usually eat so it shouldn't be too tough! (But that could change LOL)
