Starting with vegetarianism
Today was the beginning of the journey, so we eased into it with a vegetarian day.

I had 72g of Protein for the day which is lot considering I didn't eat meat! I'm curious to see how much protein I get tomorrow with Vegan day 1!
Breakfast was my usual almond milk, protein powder and half banana smoothie. No change there, so no extra effort. I had my tea with Coconut milk and I liked it. Although, we bought unsweetened Coconut milk for tomorrow because I'm really trying to eat sugar free. (Update - the unsweetened Coconut milk in my tea was gross, I'll stick to the regular stuff). I brought a Kashi bar with me to the gym and they have dairy in them.
As soon as I got home from the gym I had an apple and then 2 eggs with carrots and dip.
We actually all ate the same meal for dinner!!! We had our burritos but Steven made them with Gardein Beefless Ground and they were delicious!!! The recipe we use for the burritos is here and it has black beans, rice and tomatoes so it's super filling and yummy. I put cheese on them but tomorrow I'll put Guacamole on it to make it vegan.
